Everything on this site is provided for general information about Ardion and the work it does. It describes the kinds of engagements Ardion accepts; it is not advice for your specific situation, and it should not be relied on as strategic, technical, financial, or legal advice.

No engagement is formed by this site

Submitting the contact form, exchanging email, or having an initial conversation does not create a consulting, advisory, board, or other professional relationship. Ardion accepts engagements selectively, and an engagement begins only when Ardion and the client have agreed to a written scope and terms. Nothing on this site is an offer or a commitment to take on work.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form. Until a written agreement is in place, information you send is not covered by a confidentiality obligation. Share only what is needed to describe your situation at a high level.

Independence

Ardion Ventures, LLC is independently owned and operated. Chris Osterhout also serves full-time as Chief Strategy Officer at Diagram. Engagements conducted through Ardion are contracted with and delivered by Ardion, separately from that role. Ardion does not act for Diagram, does not speak on its behalf, and does not offer its services, personnel, or materials.

Content and trademarks

The text, design, graphics, and photography on this site are owned by Ardion or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other applicable law. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to this site. You may not republish substantial portions, or use Ardion’s name, logo, or branding to suggest an endorsement, partnership, or relationship that does not exist.

Third-party names and marks that appear on this site — including the names of conferences and events — belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe where Chris has spoken or participated.

Ventures and external links

Ardion operates divisions and ventures that are described on this site, including Burning Wood Apparel, a division of Ardion Ventures, LLC. Those businesses operate on their own sites, and purchases and orders are governed by the terms published there rather than by these terms.

This site also links to destinations Ardion does not control. Ardion is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those sites, and a link is not an endorsement.

Availability and accuracy

Ardion aims to keep this site accurate and available but does not guarantee either. Content may be changed, corrected, or removed at any time without notice, and the site may be unavailable from time to time.
